TAC

Your Story Physio is an accredited provider of TAC physiotherapy services. If you have been injured in a car accident in Victoria, you will be covered under TAC for recovery from your physical injuries. This includes if you were a driver, passenger or pedestrian.

NDIS Participants

Our Physiotherapists are here to support NDIS Participants, whether they are self-managed or Plan managed, with their physiotherapy and rehabilitation needs. With an in-depth understanding of the NDIS and working with people with disability, we’re here to help you move and feel better, creating individualised physiotherapy and rehabilitation plans suited to your needs and goals.

WorkCover

We understand the WorkCover process from start to finish, and our Worksafe Early Intervention Certified Physiotherapists will go the extra mile to manage your workplace injuries and recovery, set expectations, and to reduce the pressure on you so you can do what you need to do to recover and avoid a recurrence of the injury.

What should I expect from a physiotherapy and rehabilitation program?

Your physiotherapy and rehabilitation program will be tailored to your individual needs and goals. Your physiotherapist will assess your condition and develop a treatment plan that includes a variety of techniques, such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, education and advice.

Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist for rehabilitation?

You do not need a referral to come to us for physio

Is rehabilitation covered by insurance?

If have extras cover, your rehab is covered under physio. We can process your claim on the day and you only pay the gap.

What types of conditions do you treat in your rehabilitation programs?

Our rehab programs focus are effective for musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related injuries and pre- and post-surgery

What areas of the body do you treat?

We routinely assist our patients with rehab both to help avoid surgery and after surgery – for the lower back and neck. We provide a complete rehab program for hip and knee replacements, as well as rotator cuff injuries of the shoulder
